Price and Delivery

Prices shown are for UK orders and, except where stated otherwise, are inclusive of packaging and postage and VAT. For all overseas orders £10.00 will be added for each STORM Kettle ordered. Despatch is normally by Parcelforce.

We are able to despatch urgent UK orders by 1st Class Mail for a surcharge of £2.00 per order. If you wish to specify this, then please click the relevant check box when you place your on-line order.

Prices include VAT at 17.5% and carriage costs as at 1st January 2010.

Paying by Card

We take Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards, but not Diners and American Express.

How to Buy On-Line

You can order on-line by using our secure ordering facility. Click the 'Add to Shopping List' button next to the product you wish to order, then on the page that appears, fill in the quantity you require and click to tell us if you are a UK or overseas customer, require delivery by 1st Class Mail (UK only), or, if the item is a gift, would like us to include a greetings card with your message on it (£1.00 extra). Once you have added an item to your 'shopping list', you can add further products if you wish, or delete items from the list.
